Chasing the Moon: A Night of Magic and Mayhem

I don’t know about you, but I’m obsessed with this shot (A little self-brag moment 😜)

The day had been as heavy as the rain pouring down, with endless work and chaos. I was counting down the hours, eager for night to unleash my creative side on a photography adventure.

The night greeted me with a gentle, cool breeze. Every step I took felt alive, soaking in the breathtaking beauty around me. I was in a new city for a project—a place I’d never been before. The vibe, the culture, the thrill of the unknown—it was electric. I wandered, camera in hand, capturing the charm of my surroundings with every click.

But as the night grew late, I hadn’t snagged a single shot I loved. Frustrated, I searched for a quiet spot to set up my tripod and catch my breath. I found a place so still it was both eerie and exhilarating—no one else around, just me and the night.

Scrolling through my photos, I felt a pang of disappointment. None of them were what I wanted. Then, I glanced up at the sky. There it was—a fleeting glimpse of the moon before clouds swallowed it. My heart raced. I fumbled with my camera settings, praying for the moon to peek out again as it played hide-and-seek.

Time felt warped—rushing yet crawling. One moment the moon was there, the next, gone. After what felt like an eternity of waiting, I finally caught it in its full, glowing glory. The shot isn’t perfect, but the rush coursing through me and the magic of that moment? Absolutely unforgettable
