For the first time since “Operation Sindoor,” the Pakistan Army has admitted to casualties in the conflict with India, stating that 11 of its military officers were killed. A statement released by Pakistan also acknowledged the deaths of several Pakistan Air Force personnel.
Previously, the Pakistani Army had avoided commenting on its losses. However, in a recent statement, it was revealed that 11 military officers were killed and more than 78 soldiers were injured in the conflict with India. Pakistan has confirmed that 6 of its Army personnel and 5 Air Force personnel were killed in India’s attack.
While Pakistan had previously claimed victory in the conflict, it has now begun to accept the reality of the situation. Despite this, the Pakistani Army is still reportedly withholding the true figures. Indian military officials, in a press conference regarding Operation Sindoor, clearly stated that 30-35 Pakistani Army personnel were killed in India’s action. Pakistan is now slowly and reluctantly starting to accept this. India believes that more than 100 terrorists were killed in Pakistan during Operation Sindoor. Pakistan will gradually accept this as well.
Following the Indian Army’s airstrikes on terrorist hideouts during Operation Sindoor, Pakistan targeted Indian military bases in retaliation. In response, the Indian Army caused destruction, devastating Pakistani Air Force bases across Pakistan. India destroyed many of the Pakistani Air Force’s airbases.
